Violation of this Agreement

If a customer violates this agreement, their account will be immediately terminated at the discretion of RoyelHost.com. Additionally, any refund policy or money-back guarantee will automatically be void.

In case of any dispute regarding sections of this agreement, RoyelHost.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation.

Delivery of Services

Domain Registration, Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting services are activated instantly, while other services require manual activation after payment. No service will be provided without completing document verification, including verification of mobile number and national ID. Upon successful payment, an automated receipt will be sent from our billing system, which should be kept securely for future reference. All service related information will be sent to the email address specified during account registration.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on our servers:

• Topsites
• IRC Scripts/Bots
• Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
• Pirated Software/Warez
• Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)

RoyelHost reserves the right to IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE ANY website hosting the above content WITHOUT notification or backups.

Unacceptable Usage

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Interfering with or denying service to any user or host on the Internet
• Mail bombing or spamming
• Running unauthorized software or applications
• Using services for video encoding
• Attempting to cancel, supersede, or interfere with any email other than your own
• Engaging in SYN flood attacks
• Providing false data during sign-up, including fraudulent payment information

Money-Back/Refund Policy

Hosting services include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To cancel and receive a refund, customers must contact us within 30 days of service activation. Refunds are only applicable for newly purchased hosting services. The following are not refundable:

• Domain registrations
• Add fund balances (e.g., SMS panel, domain reseller, hosting portal)
• VPS Servers, Dedicated Servers, Dedicated IPs
• SSL Certificates
• Suspended services due to abuse (e.g., phishing, spamming, resource abuse)
• Gateway fees and one-time setup fees
• Accounts exceeding 5GB bandwidth usage
• RapidLeech hosts (24-hour refund policy applicable)
• VPS/Dedicated Server & Domain Registration services
• Any promotional offer or discounted price

Violations of these Terms of Service will result in a forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

Payment System

For overdue invoices, the following actions will be taken:

• Shared/Reseller Accounts:
  • Day 1: No Action Taken
  • Day 2: Account Suspension
  • Day 21: Account Termination
• VPS Accounts:
  • Day 0: Dedicated servers will be suspended immediately upon invoice overdue
  • Day 1: No Action Taken
  • Day 2: Account Suspension
  • Day 7: Account Termination

DMCA Compliance

All DMCA complaints will be forwarded to the account holder for resolution, except in cases where the service is hosted in the USA.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

RoyelHost reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a customer disagrees with the modifications, they may cancel their agreement before the new terms take effect. If no cancellation request is made, the updated terms will automatically apply.
